「I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your establishment.
While I was impressed with the selection and service at the bar, as well as the excellent service provided by the room service staff, the dining room experience did not meet expectations. Specifically, I found the food quality and the level of customer service in the dining area to be unsatisfactory.
I hope this feedback is constructive and assists in your ongoing improvements.

「The only disappointments was there no beverages in the room and very limited access to the specialty restaurants. The view was great as was the weather. Room was nice. Great choice in pools if you’re willing to walk. Resort is somewhat remote. Most of staff were very friendly. 」
