"We are in our late 70s. We were not told that there are 4 sets of steps to the condo & my wife uses a cane. Neighbors on the block helped us find the condo. Her next door neighbor called her daughter & I explained the situation. She told me that we would get aa refund. She sent me an email Saying that she would give us a partial refund because of bookings she lost. And because she had to pay you.
