Wir waren 3 Tage in der Kälte. Die Temperatur stieg nicht über 17 Grad. Der Techniker kam zweimal vorbei, aber es half nichts. Wirklich nicht schön mit 4 kleinen Kindern, von denen 2 schon nierentauglich waren. Grüße an die Familie Evers

Schöne Gegend ; Service vor Ort und Sauberkeit ausbaufähig

Wir sind mit der Familie , einem Hund , fünf Kindern von 1-7 Jahre und Freunden angereist. An Schlafzimmern und Platz zum Spielen hat es nicht gefehlt. Ebenso stehen in diesen Häusern auch zwei Bollerwagen zur Verfügung. So war es zumindest in den zwei vorherigen Urlauben in einer ähnlichen Unterkunft. Dieses Mal fehlte einer , was wir bei der Rezeption anbrachten . Diese verwiesen uns leider nur zum Vermietungs Service und kamen uns nicht weiter entgegen. Was uns dieses Mal sehr enttäuschte , war die Sauberkeit des Objekts. Es war nötig vorher nochmal durch zu saugen ( soweit dies möglich war , denn offensichtlich wurden die Staubsaugerrohre vorher selten frei gemacht ), auf dem Fön in jedem Badezimmer befand sich eine dicke Staubschicht, die Toilettenbürsten waren offensichtlich dreckig, die Öfen in allen drei Abteilungen waren stark verschmutzt, die Kaffeemaschinen mussten vor Gebrauch gereinigt werden. Die Abflüsse wurden von uns mit einem Rohreiniger behandelt damit das Wasser abfließen konnte. In der Spülmaschine befanden sich noch Sachen die sehr stark gerochen haben und das eingeräumte Geschirr war ebenfalls noch teilweise sehr verdreckt. Ich denke bei einem Grundreinigungs Preis von 187 Euro dürfte man erwarten , dass es eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit gibt , vor allem vom hygienisch gesundheitlichen Aspekt aus .
