The room is located in a newly renovated apartment consisting of two bedrooms, each with private bathroom, shared lounge with sofa bed, full kitchen, heating, air conditioning. The apartment has parquet flooring, and is finished down to the smallest detail. The blue room has a balcony with washing machine. The bedroom has a 43 ”Smart TV with a dedicated Netflix account and can be used free of charge; Nespresso coffee machines and Alexa home automation systems complete the rooms. Access to the apartment is self-check-in.

It is located in a residential area 10 minutes from the center on foot. The bus stop is 20 meters away. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and several bars within 50 meters. The opera house is a 10-minute walk away. The area has numerous free parking spaces. Guests can access the entire hotel at any time through a personal code. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating, wardrobes with LED lights, Smart TV, coffee machines and the beds equipped with 30 cm memory mattresses. Please do not use the shoes at home, these can be stored in the bench in the entrance or in the special metal drawer inside the wardrobes.
