The property was really well located beside the railway station, walking distance from all parts of the city centre. The place looked newly renovated, room was perfect with an immaculate bathroom. Finished to a good standard. I had a car, parking is in the railway station or free nearby, if you get there early enough! It has air con too but not needed when I stayed there.

Fab location
Brilliant location, very close to centre and train station. Comfy beds, very clean. We had a great stay apart from someone opening our drink in the communal fridge. Would stay again when in Cagliari

The accommodation is in a great spot with large newly decorated rooms but has no signage indicating its location. It has a ‘quirky’ feel to it with an old lift granting access to the 2nd floor where the rooms are located. There is a central kitchen area with shared fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Parking is not easy in the road outside the accommodation, but the station car park is 5 mins walk away. It was perfect for our purposes

Perfect place for Cagliari stay.
Really lovely place, brilliantly located just on the edge of town and walking to centre takes 5 minutes. Very clean and really, really well looked after by all there. Very clean with cleaners daily. Had an issue with a toilet flush being broken during stay, this was fixed in less than 90 minutes without any problems, impressed! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We did not have one good nights sleep. We were apparently ‘upgraded’ however we had actually paid for the bigger room and we were placed by the main entrance which was a complete nightmare. People were coming and going at all times of the night. The noise did not stop until 4am, meaning we got no sleep at all. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we resorted to sleeping on the settee it was that bad. The location felt a bit unsafe walking home in the evenings, lots of people hanging around and gangs in the plaza behind. It was a struggle to find free parking, had to keep driving around. There was a communal kitchen however it had no utensils or cutlery - not even cups to make a drink or tea/coffee/glasses. No toiletries in the room (shampoo/conditioner/gel etc). The only good point was the size of the room and although cracks and paint flaking in the ceiling was overall generally clean

A little bit of glam
This hotel is in a great location and is secure - a hidden gem. The rooms are all individually colour coded and are very fresh, modern, bright and appealing - having a little touch of glamour in the décor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in fantastic central location
The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel is located right in the centre of the city. There is also parking. Only 15mins to airport by car too.

Oltre le aspettative, location a 10 minuti dal centro comoda alla stazione. Oltre alla camera ,vi era un ampio spazio in comune,fornito di tutti i servizi,ideale per chi volesse cenare a casa dopo una giornata intensa. Tutto perfetto!!!

Nice comfortable apartment, very clean and well maintained. The only disadvantage is that there’s no reception so you can’t easily leave luggage or access before check in / after check out.

Essendo una struttura adiacente a ferrovia e strada principale è perfetta per chi arriva e vuole trovare tutto vicino. Pulizia e biancheria fresca la fanno da padrone. Peccato che al mattino i rumori si sentono. Se fosse un po' più insonorizzata sarebbe perfetta. Il parcheggio va ricercato nelle vicinanze
