"Excellent stay, the hotel is in a quiet suburb of Nice, a 15 minute walk to the local train station, buses in the doorstep can take you into Nice and Cannes. The beach is a 25 minute walk. Uber is readily available. Hotel staff are amazing with great attitude. Cocktails and drinks made to high standards. Rooftop pool and relaxation spaces. Well designed hotel and would stay again."

"The property was in a quiet location, one street back from the beach. Good cafes and restaurants were a walk away. We had an outside area by the room that was lovely for a drink. The hotel was a little run down and there was no fridge in the room, or bottled water. The owners were very nice and helpful."

"Michel’s mini‑villa was a very, very positive and charming surprise. The outdoor area was fantastic, with plenty of lovely spots to relax, and the jacuzzi was wonderful and refreshing in the summer heat. The outdoor kitchen was truly delightful, and everything worked perfectly together. A beautiful bathroom, a comfortable bed, and everything was incredibly well‑maintained and spotlessly clean. And best of all: the peace and quiet.As a host, Michel was exceptionally welcoming. Communication both before and during our stay was excellent. Michel had great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. We told him that we enjoy snorkeling and diving, and we gladly accepted his offer of a boat trip in his own boat, where we sailed to Antibes and the nearby islands.We can wholeheartedly recommend Michel and his place, and we would be more than happy to return."

"Everything was ok, but this apartment need some love. It is a little updated, the furniture on the balcony are broken. It is a very quiet place, with nice pablum beaches around. It is good for short stay but I think there should be daily service just to change towels and garbage."

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa in France. It is a very attractive property and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.There were, however, a few things that we feel could be improved. We knew when booking that there was no air conditioning, but unfortunately the fans provided were very weak and did little to relieve the heat, particularly at night. The pillows on the bed were also extremely lumpy and uncomfortable and would definitely benefit from being replaced.We also felt that, given we paid separately for the bed linen, proper bed sheets would have been preferable rather than duvet covers being used as sheets.Finally, some of the woodwork and air vents in the rooms were noticeably dusty and would benefit from a thorough clean.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort that has gone into making the villa a comfortable and welcoming place. With a few relatively simple improvements, we feel it could be an even better experience for future guests."
