Casa Xcanan - a spacious open-concept home in the heart of Playa Chiquita. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this private retreat invites you to relax by your own pool while watching sloths, monkeys, toucans, and macaws overhead.



The house offers modern comfort with fiber-optic internet, a small fitness area, and multiple workspaces, perfect for remote workers who want to stay connected in paradise. Just a 10-minute walk away lies Playa Chiquita, one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches, where the jungle meets the sea and coral tide pools invite you to swim. Restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are also within walking distance, and the area is very bicycle-friendly.



Inside, Casa Xcanan accommodates up to six guests with three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The open indoor living area connects seamlessly with a large covered terrace featuring a dining table and a custom-made sofa overlooking the gardens. The fully equipped kitchen includes a built-in oven and island-top electric range, making home-cooked meals a delight. For entertainment, a flat-screen Smart TV is available so you can stream your favorite shows.



Outdoors, the private fenced yard includes a pool with sun loungers, ideal for cooling off or soaking up the sun. A covered carport fits two vehicles, with secure parking available for two additional cars inside the gated entrance.



During your stay, you’ll have full access to the main house, pool, gardens, and fitness area. Our trusted staff may occasionally be on-site tending to the gardens or cleaning the pool, but they always work discreetly to respect your privacy.
