"Hotel is in the Casino complex- no noise or issues though. Rooms quite large and bed comfy. Close to Cairns main shopping area and lagoon. Didn’t use facilities as it was only an overnight stay"

"Very close to the center and a nice hotel. But in such a famous hotel, we were very disappointed that there were no TV apps such as netflix youtube and Prime! Even lower star hotels have them now! "

"Enjoyed staying at the Pacific Cairns. Five minute walk to the where the boats for the Islands depart and the day bus tours. Very central to eating places like the Night Markets. The bar fridge is a decent size and the bed and pillows very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you don’t have a car like was our case. The staff were friendly and helpful."
