吹風機故障，打了五通電話等了半個小時，我的頭髮都快乾了，找經理也愛理不理，客訴也沒用，服務很爛，不過客房很乾淨舒適，景觀佳

It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel.
