This hotel is an abusive and dishonest tourist trap. My stay was plagued by a persistent fly infestation and a broken shower head that was clearly a pre-existing issue. The staff exploited a language barrier, leading to a fraudulent double-booking incident. I was misled into rebooking a night I already had, then advised to cancel the new booking without warning this would require approval from a manager. The manager refused despite knowing details of this situation, and denying return my money for a duplicate charge. This is unethical, crooked, and frankly, theft. They clearly prey on tourists, potentially double-booking rooms. I strongly advise against staying here; choose a reputable hotel chain to avoid being exploited. This hotel offers no customer service and treats visitors appallingly. DO NOT STAY HERE.
