"I have nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel, Ali, and the entire staff. Even before I arrived, Ali was incredibly helpful with setting up tours during my stay in Giza and gave me great recommendations for food and things to do. The breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary water bottles and overall service were truly appreciated. Samy and the rest of the team were also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I never had to worry about a thing. Not only is the location fantastic, but the view is absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza, and I hope to be back again!"

"We had a great time staying at the Nozol Pyramids Hotel. The property is very clean and well maintained. It’s close to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The area is quiet and safe. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the staff at the hotel treated us with the utmost respect and were very helpful with our questions and needs. The breakfast was also delicious and rooftop view is beautiful! I would recommend staying here."

"I arrived at the hotel . Late at night by the free pick up provided by the hotel I was greeted with a warm friendly greeting and smile by the 2 reception staff . And was escorted to my room The downstairs room ( i requested as I have disability and mobility problems) was perfect . Although it does not have a window ( this did not bother me at all ) The manager did offer me another room ,but I declined The room was clean ,bright smelled fresh The aircon was brilliant ,TV had numerous channels including English the fridge was cold and Quiet The bathroom had Huge shower sink and toilet All clean fresh and smelt nice The towels beds and toilets tissue and soap water coffee tea etc. Can be replaced daily if you ask for your room to be cleaned The furniture was modern comfortable and the wardrobe space was very good . The inside foyer ,reception and hallways of the hotel were spotless. Clean bright cosy relaxing and welcoming . The housekeeping staff do an amazing job cleaning throughout the day The management and staff are truly excellent and friendly and are ready to assist and advise to make your holiday a success A point to note. There are no swimming pools at this hotel The one featured in the listing's is Decoration only The breakfast is varied with a good selection again with warm welcoming chefs and staff . Nothing is to much trouble for the management and staff to accommodate the guest's requests. It really is a special Hotel"

"I just spent three nights at this hotel, and it was a fantastic stay! The room was recently renovated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air-conditioning system and bathroom were both modern and clean. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Karam greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my visit. I also received excellent assistance from Sandra and Hana. Everyone spoke English, and there was always someone available 24/7 to help. Last night, Aly helped me order food from a local restaurant at around 2 AM. Since I didn’t have cash, the hotel kindly paid for it, and I settled the payment with my card. Overall, it was an amazing stay with great staff. I will definitely be back!"

"If you’re planning a trip to Cairo Egypt especially the GEM, Spinx or Pyramids Royal has the best views! Yosef arranged all my tour and guides, ticket purchases, wake up calls, pickup and drop offs he just goes above and beyond to make sure you are pleased. The staff are amazing. Very friendly people and work together making every guest feel welcomed while meeting their needs. The kindness and affection I’ve received was phenomenal. Also visit the rooftop restaurant they have a variety of delicious foods and very hospitable."
