“The property manager was wonderful and extremely helpful!! They arranged private tours for my daughter and I in Giza and Cairo. The guides were excellent! They also arranged a 4 day/3day Nile cruise with guides at the last minute. They also helped me find flights. They went above and beyond!! My daughter and I had a fabulous trip and I would go back again!!”

“As a first time traveler to Cairo, I felt super unsafe in the hotels location. It is located in a super sketchy area. I literally did not want to leave the hotel room since I felt unsafe outside. Many people trying to sell you things, super heavy traffic (hard to cross the street), and overall just sketchy. I would not recommend staying here. Stay in a different area of Cairo like downtown or really research the area you will be staying in. The hotels photos were a were misleading. Apart from……

“Ghandi, Morgan, and all of the staff were wonderful! They arranged airport pickup, offered help with tours, and were very communicative through WhatsApp.
The complimentary breakfast was spectacular. And I will miss the mango juice! We also ordered dinner in-room late at night and that was delicious!
The rooms don’t disappoint, they are exactly as pictured. We stayed in the Galaxy suite and had a view of the 3 pyramids with a jacuzzi tub, which was lovely. I would personally opt for this versus……
