"The BV Motel was fine. It was off the highway and so was quiet. The room was adequate. The people were friendly if a little distracted. The refrigerator in our room didn't work. But there were trails into the desert just behind the motel that were really wonderful! We saw lots of flowers blooming and even some cacti. There were Joshua trees and other wonderful plants. We would stay at the BV again just so we could spend a little time in that piece of desert close by. And it was inexpensive."

"Pros: Nice location, Good View, Ample space.Cons: Excessive rules and policies with threats of fines. Narrow check in window: 4pm-6pm with threats of fines for being late, BBQ didn’t work, non-disclosed policies on the advertising, rude communication. I wouldn’t recommend."

"Nice property overall, very dated lacked amenities commensurate with the price. Remotes were missing for televisions, some televisions had no cable and no smart applications, they were cobwebs in several corners of the home, including large one on the main room, sliding glass door out to the patio. No hot water in the master shower, guest, shower, hot and cold valves were switched overall not a home I would rent again was asked not to leave a bad review for a refund, very weird"

"Someone had previously left trash and a broken lawn chair in the back yard. It's not the host's fault; some people are just... uncultured. Kendra was kind and very helpful. Place was clean, and very nice! Beautiful kitchen! I didn't much care for the 'remote' light switches, but that's just me. There were plenty of towels, coffee, spices, etc. Just bring your favorite shampoo and you'll be set! Thank you Kendra! "
