"Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food."

"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. Didn’t know if we were all inclusive, even though we showed receipt. Told to go and eat whilst they sort our booking. Came back an hour later. Allowed to check in but hotel tried to charge us...

"The hotel was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The staff were always so pleasant and helpful. The faculties were always so clean and comfortable. All the restaurants on site are amazing, especially the breakfast. Voro was the most amazing dining experience Ive ever had in my life.
