The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient.

"Loved this hotel - very central to shops and a 3-5 min walk to the beach - all the staff are very friendly frbut m reception to the bar staff , I want to recognise Mohammed young man working in the bar he was so friendly and superb customer service , the entertainment is brilliant lead by Ally he is so much so fun puts his heart and soul into making sure everyone enjoys their holidays , he would be a miss if he ever left for sure - if you’re on the fence about booking don’t hesitate brilliant...

"Excellent hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities are top class and well maintained. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Really good options and good quality. If I was to be really picky, I’d say that the pool water was a bit too cold and the music sometimes a bit too loud but that really is nitpicking. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again."
"This is our 5th stay at this hotel. The best thing is tge staff, right from the receptionists to the cleaners and everyone in between, they are always smiling. The food is varies but lots of pork and fish. The swardfish is delicious. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. My only niggle is the sharp corners on the bathroom sink top that is very close to the door. I imagine a few people might have a bruise or two from bumping in to it it is perfectly situated overlooking the sea and the sandy beach is close by. It is very international with people from all over Europe and everyone is so friendly. "
