「The staff in this hotel are excellent. My wife had a birthday during our stay and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne on her birthday! I don'e even think we mentioned it, but it was a great surprise that set the tone for the holiday. The staff are very chilled and are always keen to help you - I've travelled a lot, and they are second to none. The pools are clean, the areas around the pool also - nice crowd and good vibes. Clientele is a mix of brits and germans mainly. The location...
