「The location is superb. The front desk was helpful. I booked this hotel at the last minute. I wasn't really watching. I booked the handicapped room. Much to my surprise, when we opened the door. But, I explained the error to the staff. I had my NEW ROOM KEY within 3 minutes. Plus a lead on a great pizza shop.」

「The hotel is located at the intersection of two highways, which is very very noisy .The air conditioner sometimes makes a loud sound .In addition, there is a lot of traffic jam when entering and leaving.」

「You won’t find a better deal in Santa Monica. The hotel is clean, conveniently located near the beach and attractions, and offers free parking, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the cleaning staff occasionally entered our room while we were still inside. Although they knocked beforehand, they came in a bit too quickly, which was a bit surprising.」

「We really appreciated the fact that an original building was saved and transformed into a quaint and affordable hotel. The decoration was interesting and the rooms adequate. Even with showers/bathrooms in the corridor, we never had an issue even when the property was sold out. We realize that extensive maintenance and renovation was necessary to bring the rooms up to par. However, one of the only issue we noticed concerns the showers stalls. Tiling will definitely need to be restored before...
