Great

During 40+ C a cool inside, Great airco, nice bathrooms and bedrooms, good equiped kitchen (large refrigerator). Swimming pool, clean and large, pool loungers and shading available at several places. There are some nice cats around the house who are almost al shy. The owner was extremely nice and helpful about restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had an extremely relaxing vacation and would like to repeat this experience.

Un lugar para descansar y disfrutar

La casa está totalmente equipada, rodeada de naturaleza y muy cerca del pueblo. La propietaria un encanto, muy pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto y muy detallista. Sin duda, volveremos.

Nous ne remercierons jamais assez Susannah pour sa gentillesse , sa disponibilité ,son écoute et son sourire . Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans une villa très confortable , propre , disposant de toutes les commodités ,dans un environnement naturel apaisant au milieu d 'oliviers et nous avons bien profité de la piscine Nous recommandons très fortement cette villa , vous passerez un excellent séjour. Beautiful Villa with stunning views, spacious accommodation and amazing private pool

Just returned from our second stay at this villa with a family group of eight people. I cannot speak highly enough of the villa or the host who made us feel very welcome (with a delicious home baked chocolate cake that was really enjoyed by all). The villa consists of 4 well sized bedrooms, one with walk in wardrobe, a large kitchen and very large lounge/dining room. It was comfortably able to accommodate all eight of us. The villa is situated on an enormous plot and has numerous comfortable seating areas both in shade or in the Sun. The swimming pool is like a secluded paradise and was frequently used by the whole family often well into the evening. The views from the villa are very picturesque and is not overlooked at all. The local town (Calasparra), has some great places to eat at as well as a couple of large supermarkets. Everyone really enjoyed their stay at the villa and did not want to go home at the end of the second week. In addition to staying at the villa a few years before, we had to also cancel our stay at the villa due to the covid outbreak. The owner fully refunded our deposit without quibble even though they did not have to. We look forward to staying at this villa again in the future!

Endroit calme et reposant

Villa retiré et reposante avec tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner avec plaisir. Susannah est une personne très agréable avec qui nous avons pu échanger. N'hésitez pas vous passerez un agréable séjour.

Some good, some not so good

We spent a week in this property. We were unlucky with the weather, and to be honest, the property is not very well equipped to deal with this. The pool was not functioning which would have been frustrating if the weather had been good. Additionally, we had to deal with a lot of cats (10+) hanging around the property which is not to everyone's taste. There is a fairly large amount of building materials sitting around which doesn't make it feel 'de lujo'. Having said this, during good weather, with the pool running, this would be a relaxed rural location with a large living room and veranda area. Susana, the owner, was friendly and did try to help with the issues we had with heating and hot water although it would have been nice if she'd thought about this upfront.

Ideal holiday

We have just come back from a 2 week stay at the villa and it was perfect. The view was beautiful and the area was calm and relaxing. The villa has everything you need and more! It is also really spacious and super clean. The swimming pool and garden is really large and bikes were available for the children which was amazing . Shops are 10 mins away and have everything you need . Last but not least, the owners were lovely! Answered any questions we had whenever and super welcoming. We highly recommend this villa if you're after a relaxing holiday. Mehdi

Maison très agréable

Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants la maison est très fonctionnelle. La piscine est sans vis à vis pour le amateurs . Tous les commerces sont à 10 mn en voiture . Petit bémol le barbecue était inutilisable en periode estivale à cause des incendies.les propriétaires sont très accueillant

Beautiful villa set in a stunning location

I have just returned from a fantastic two week family holiday and cannot speak highly enough of this villa. We were greeted on arrival by Susannah who immediately made us feel welcome and showed us round the villa. The villa is large enough to house a large family (we had 9 people) with ease. The rooms are all well proportioned and decorated to a high standard. The villa is set in a lot of grounds which have been beautifully landscaped and are fully enclosed. There are beautiful views of the villa grounds and of the surrounding mountain landscapes, yet the villa itself is not in any way overlooked and is very private. The pool area has been fully fenced off so is great for children. The pool itself is very large and is surrounded by sun loungers, making this a fantastic place to spend time during a sunny day! There are several large supermarkets nearby that can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. There is also many beautiful places to visit locally. I have really enjoyed my stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Sympa avec des enfants

La maison est grande, conforme aux photos, il y a de l'espace pour que les enfants jouent. La piscine est grande, profonde et bien sécurisée (idéal avec des enfants en bas âge). La maison est en "campagne", il faut donc compter environ 1h de route pour visiter la plupart des lieux recommandés mais c' est au calme et il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires à 5-10 min en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, ils ne sont pas envahissants mais très à l'écoute du moindre problème ou besoin que l'on peut avoir! Merci pour ces vacances!

Super vacances!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans ce havre de paix, rien ne manque, le soleil, la piscine, la tranquillité, pas de vis à vis. Villa propre, tout le matériel nécessaire à disposition et plus encore. Je dirais aussi une proprio super à l'écoute, gentille, et disponible! J'espère à l'année prochaine! Karima.
