Foi maravilhoso, pois todo o processo desde a contratação até o check-out se deu com muita transparência. O contato com o proprietário foi perfeito, pois tirou todas as nossas dúvidas. O apto é maravilhoso, completo e muito limpo. A localização tbm é maravilhosa, pois não tem muito barulho e muitos comércios próximos. Indico demais!

Melhor AP no Centro de Caldas /custo benefício

Nos hospedamos em 25 de Abril de 2022. Sempre viajamos para Caldas Novas e já nos hospedamos em vários locais, como rede Privê, Rede Diroma entre outros, porém este o AP. nos surpreendeu. Sua localização próximo ao Centro é muito boa. Todos os ambientes são muito limpos. Eles realmente preocupam-se com a limpeza das piscinas e demais ambientes. Os recepcionistas sempre sorrindo e prontos para ajudar, seu William da portaria é um fofo, muito simpático e sorridente. O anfitrião é muito atencioso, meu filho mais velho, amou a academia, enquanto o mais novo amou as piscinas, a brinquedoteca e o escorregadore. O salão de jogos é o melhor que já vi. O Apartamento com sua vista para a piscina é um diferencial. Cozinha quase completa, digo quase, pois senti falta somente de uma Airfryer, pois uso bastante, mas mesmo assim, da para fazer de tudo um pouco que precisar. Poder descer com Cerveja, refrigerantes e petiscos é muito bom, além da economia. Nós quartos os Colchões também são muito bons. Com toda a certeza esse Apartamento é nosso Point em Caldas Novas, em nossa próxima férias. Sem dúvidas nenhuma recomendamos esse apartamento. O anfitrião Sr. Welinton está de Parabéns.

Condomínio muito bom, só faltou ter uma piscina 24h. Porém, as piscinas são lavadas todos os dias e a temperatura da água é excelente. Há uma piscina que é autorizado beber cerveja dentro dela. Com relação ao apt, tudo muito bacana, condizente com o preço que foi pago. Ótimo custo benefício. Chuveiro queimou num dia a noite, rapidamente o problema foi resolvido pelo proprietário.

Estivemos hospedado neste apartamento entre os dias 28 de junho a 02 de julho. Dois casais e uma criança. O apartamento e o condomínio são exatamente como mostram as fotos. Local muito agradável, bem cuidado e limpo. O apartamento é exatamente como mostra as fotos. Negociação segura e tranquila. Proprietário muito atencioso. Condominio muito limpo, muito bem cuidado no decorrer do dia. O Park interno é muito bom e com certeza agrega na estadia. O apto é muito bem mantido, super confortável e tem todos os itens basicos que temos em casa, não precisando levar nada a não ser roupa de cama e material de limpeza. O Wellington, proprietário é muito solicito, rapido nas respostas, simpático e honesto. Com certeza recomendo e retornarei.

Excelente custo benefício

No geral foi muito bem , algumas coisas podem melhorar como melhores utensílios domésticos , panos prato e de chão ( tive que compra), três tvs , mas só canal aberto e ruim o sinal , você paga pela limpeza final junto com contrato e por ter deixado três panelas com alimento dentro da geladeira o proprietário me reprimiu , detalhe o apartamento estava limpo e até as camas foram arrumadas antes de sairmos, então porque me cobrou pela limpeza . Só lamentei isso e essas pequenas coisas fazem a diferença em novas locações, aconselho deixar isso bem claro com o proprietário ao locarem esse imóvel.

Adorei o lugar, bem próximo de tudo que precisamos, mercado, padaria, farmácia, lojas etc... O apartamento é bem confortável, tem uma bela vista para as piscinas, que são limpas todos os dias. Gostamos bastante da estadia, espero voltar em breve.
