Hotel ótimo, apartamento ficou a desejar

O hotel em si tem um ótimo atendimento, porém o apartamento locado não correspondeu as minhas expectativas, os móveis estavam bem gastos, o apartamento tinha um mau cheiro como se fosse de banheiro, que mesmo após limpeza e aromatização não houve melhora. As camas são todas individuais, que se juntaram pra fazer de casal, ficando desnivelado e mto desconfortável de dormir, as portas dos quartos não fechavam. Os utensílios muito usados e gastos. Já havia alugado outro no mesmo hotel com o mesmo valor, porém as camas eram box e o apartamento com móveis e utensílios novos.

Muito bom!!!

Apto oferece infraestrutura completa, a cozinha atende seu proposito de fazer refeições simples como tira gosto, refeições leves, etc.. Atendimento do parque aquático bem como sua estrutura são ótimos, porem o único empecilho é somente o hóspede sem noção que urina dentro das piscinas ocasionando mal cheiro e doenças nas crianças e o pior que na maioria são os próprios pais. Recomendo a todos!!!!!!

Estadia excelente! Parque limpo, nem tanto!

Em relação a acomodações, achamos excelente. O parque a que tivemos acesso, Lacqua di Roma tem algumas deficiências em relação à higiene nas piscinas, em parte por causa da educação dos usuários, outra parte refere-se à formação de poças da água no entorno das piscinas, o que causa mal cheiro e aspecto desagradável, obrigando a ADM a espalhar tapetes emborrachados e Placas de sinalização de piso molhado e escorregadio. Chegamos a perceber empoçamento de água na borda entre piscinas, feita de granito. Os ofurôs eram impossíveis de serem usados.. Mal cheiro tomava conta dos arredores.

Só tenho que agradecer a atenção que o proprietariado teve comigo durante o período de locação do imóvel. Tudo ocorreu conforme negociamos sem nenhum contratempo, com certeza em uma próxima oportunidade estarei entrando em contato para uma nova locação. O clube e o apartamento são de estrema qualidade. Todos os funcionários são atenciosos mesmo a locação sendo particular.
