"es una excelente opción. Lo mejor de todo es su ubicación, ideal para moverse por la zona, y la atención del personal, que fue muy amable en todo momento. El desayuno también estuvo riquísimo y muy completo. El único defecto que encontré es que el baño no contaba con extractor ni ventilación para la evacuación de olores, lo cual resulta algo incómodo. De no ser por ese detalle, la experiencia habría sido perfecta. Aún así, lo recomiendo."

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay at TRYP by Wyndham Cuenca Zahir. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with espectacular panoramic view through cristal clear glass windows from the presidencial suite six floor. The bathroom was super large and beautifully decorated with brand new shower and white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet and dinner were delicious offering a variety of excellent food. The location was perfect, within walking distance from Centro Histórico, new and old cathedrals, parque Calderon, Ruinas de Pumapungo, Puente Roto, Barranco, Escalinatas, Río Tomebamba, Planetario, Turi and brand new Mall del Alto with outstanding panoramic view. I strongly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel feels like a real mansion with classic furnitures. Room was large and very clean. Location can’t be better, surrounded by so many restaurants and cafes, it’s hard to count. Definitely try Goza Restaurant/Bar, located 6 minutes from the hotel. STAFF: hands down staff is the biggest asset at the hotel, they are kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Big shoutouts go Adrian and specially Cristina. She was patient and reorganized my detailed itinerary to be more time efficient :)"

"We couldn't have asked for a better experience than we received at the fantastic hotel. The location is perfect for touring the Centro area of Cuenca and has access to multiple types of transport (train, taxi, etc). The staff is absolutely exceptional. The best hospitality I can ever recall. Their hospitality and level of care is equivalent to any top hotel in the world. Their communication is also exceptional before and throughout the experience. They were eager to accommodate our last minute schedule changes and made the process seamless. Being a Marriott Ambassador for years, I'm accustomed to special treatment...but, the Parc Royale team set a new standard of excellence. I cannot say enough for how special they made us feel. The accommodations are beautiful and newly renovated in the last year. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cuenca. We will be back!"
