“Exactly what we were looking for, all the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent and our room was comfortable ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too. Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels. Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually. Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. ”

“We booked this hotel to be near Emma Bridgewater and had never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before. We were delighted with the room - larger and much lighter than Premier Inn rooms, larger bathroom, good quality toiletries and very friendly staff. Will definitely look out for this chain in preference to Premier Inns in future! ”

“mostly positive stay at this hotel. Although parking was quite tight, I managed to find a space without too much trouble. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room was clean, tidy, and free of any odours. The shower was a highlight—powerful with impressively hot water. My only real complaint is that the floors were extremely creaky throughout the building, which could be a bit distracting. ”
