The bathroom ceiling leaked, The light over the mirror was falling down. I also do not appreciate having to pay for parking when i am staying there 4 days. I actually am a Best Western loyalty member. Not impressed.

We had a 2-bedroom suite and we totally were in love with the mattresses. Super comfortable. We appreciate having a kitchenette and a dining table. The pipe from the common bathroom did sound a bit loud though such that it woke us up when a family member used the toilet in early morning.

Staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable but it was too high to for me to easily get in it. (I'm a 5'4" senior with short legs). Noticed the window curtains were worn and had holes in it and that the carpet beside the bed needed cleaning/washing. Otherwise decent room for the cost. Only 5-10 minutes drive to downtown which was great. They also have a free hot breakfast available (eg: omelets, sausage, etc). I'd stay there again.
