The property is well located and allowed us within easy walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do. The owner was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions we had. For anyone looking for a great location in downtown Calgary I would recommend this one.

Nice apartment in good location

The apartment was a nice two-bedroom unit. It had ample dishes and towels. Building was quiet and underground parking was very handy. Instructions were very well articulated (which, as new Vrbo users, was much appreciated!). Location was in an area near Downtown and near numerous restaurants in walking distance.

We had a great stay! The unit was clean, exactly as described in the listing, and a comfortable place to come back to after days exploring Calgary. The host was very responsive — we had a small hiccup with the door lock not being programmed properly, but it was resolved within 5 minutes of our arrival.The A/C worked well, which was a huge plus during the hot weather — the space stayed nice and cool. The location is quite central, just on the edge of downtown, so it worked perfectly as a home base for our trip. The building and hallway were undergoing some construction and upgrades during our stay, but none of it impacted our room, and it looks like things are only improving.Would definitely stay here again!
