The kitchen and living area is bright and open concept with a granite counter top island/bar. The unit also offers a joint washer/dryer for convenience. Pets welcome, smoking permitted on balcony.

The building backs onto a park with green space, great for kids and pets. This central location across from 17th ave shops and restaurants is the ideal city life experience! Calgary Stampede grounds are 5-10 mins by car.
