“I had to admit I was skeptical getting off the freeway passing through the area to get to the hotel. But when we arrived I felt better. The hotel is nestled in a residential area but I didn’t expect it to be so quiet and so clean! The room is so nice, the kitchen area is perfect for a quick getaway and the tv options were great! I felt like I was at home. Sadly we didn’t get to try out the pool or jacuzzi like we planned but we are definitely going to book again for 2 days to test it all out.……

“The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?”
