“It was so peaceful and beautiful with an amazing view of Mount Shasta! The cabin we stayed in was really nice, comfortable bed and cozy couch to enjoy a movie on the tv in the evenings, which they have plenty of apps avaliable, like Netflix, to use. We especially loved sitting on the porch at night enjoying a glass of wine and the ambience of the stringed lights they have up in the shared courtyard. It's also peaceful sitting out there in the mornings with tea and coffee. Definitely keeping this……

The property is super cool, with a really fun looking communal courtyard (we'll have to check that out in the summer months!) and it feels very neighborhood-y versus commercial. Town is very close if you need take-out, groceries (fire wood at Ray's!), or things to do (Movie Theater near Ray's, Ice Skating rink is like 3 min drive, Ski Park/Sledding, Lake Siskiyou).We stayed in Cabin 4 which was perfect for us. Although the photos are nice and well done I think……

“This was our third visit to Cabin 6. It has really charmed us and has become a place we look forward to seeing. Being returning guests, we noticed that the property owners continue to upgrade the property and the room itself, including a new HVAC system that works very quickly to warm the room. We love to have dinner out in Shasta, but always use the full kitchen for some of our meals and save a little money.Looking forward to making our way back to basecamp!”

“This ski lodge was perfect to enjoy all that Mt Shasta has to offer. We were just a few minutes from the Shasta-Trinity trailhead and equally just as close to town. Our accommodations were perfect, very clean and had everything we needed to have a fabulous time! We cooked several meals including using the gas grills provided. We stayed longer than most guests as each day there were new people beside us. Everyone was so nice and we truly enjoyed our time at Ski Village Lodge.”
