Dump of a place! Not worth half of what we paid.

Great area, great beaches, great backyard. The house needs one thing: to be demolished!The kitchen cupboards were falling apart, there were cobwebs everywhere, both toilet seats were broken, there were cockroaches and ants everywhere, the list goes on!

Dirty, ants and lacking facilities

So this property is in a great location and that is pretty much all it has going for it. Filthy, ants in kitchen, pillows were an inch thick - pleased we took our own. No internet, no dishwasher, no aircon. Only room in house that was updated was the one bathroom, which was dirty and you could see the mould in the grout. It’s been a few years since this home has had any love, under the couch and beds haven’t seen a vacuum, pet hair on the chairs. I have nothing nice to say other than the location was great.
