We had a nice stay at this property. The location and garden are great. Nice and quiet. Close to walking tracks in the woods, but also close to the beach. The house is as you see in the pictures. The owner is a nice guy. If there is anything you need he tries to help you. Overall a pleasant stay.

House in a wonderful quiet position with stunning views . Lovely large garden & good terrace for eating out on . Rooms spacious & comfortable .it was great to be able to walk to the tennis court which was always empty . In all it was a prefect place for us as a family to come together for a week of good eating , tennis , swimming & laughter !

We had a brilliant holiday at this property. The swimming pool and outdoor space was great for the children. The shared pool and tennis courts were a hit too. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evening. Thank you Josep!

I was refused to stay in the house by the owner and the customer support of vrbo owes me refund

While i was on the way to costa brava the owner called me and told me the villa is not available anymore . I called vrbo customer support and they said they will give me a full refund but they haven’t done so yet . Please I need my money as soon as possible

Great spot, lovely pool, beautiful views

We had a fab week here. The kids loved the pool and the beds were comfy. There was table tennis and 2 barbeques (one indoor, one outdoor). I loved the view from the upstairs bedroom window. Josep and his wife were really friendly and helpful. The supermarkets (Suma and Aldi) were really close and the rotisserie next to the Suma was amazing if you want to save work on the cooking front. Beachwise, we really liked the Platja Del Castell which is only 10 minutes away and the kids loved the Aqua Diver waterpark at Platja D'Aro, which was one of the best I have visited. (worth booking online ahead - much cheaper). The communal sports area was also really handy - it was well kept with lots of grass, a little kids play park, a tennis court, a big pool, more ping pong and a football pitch area. Josep keeps a supply of tennis racquets and balls in the house, so no need to take. Again kids loved it :- Thank you Josep!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in wundervoller Lage, Josep ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Besiter. Ihm war sehr daran gelegen das unser Urlaub gut wird. Ha sido una experiencia excelente. Josep es una persona muy atenta y estuvo a nuestra disposiciĂłn en todo momento. La casa tiene una luz increĂ­ble y es perfecta para ir con familia o amigos. El jardĂ­n es muy amplio, ideal para actividades al aire libre, y hay varias zonas de comedor tanto en el interior como en el exterior, lo que proporciona muchas opciones para disfrutar de las comidas. Vaig anar a l'allotjament d'en Josep amb un grup d'amics i amigues per celebrar el cap d'any. La veritat es que en Josep va estar super atent amb tot el que necesitavem per aquells 3 dies que vem passar. L'estança va ser de luxe ja que crec que la casa està molt ben equipada i s'esta molt tranquil en la zona ubicada. Esperem poder tornar a disfrutar d'aquesta villa ja que ha sigut una molt bona experiencia i en Josep s'ha portat sempre de 10 amb nosaltres. A sigut tot un plaer.

Tres bon moment

Ont a passer un super moments dans cet villa tres bien située en dehor de la ville. Plage a 3 minute en voiture. La villa est tres bien équipé, chambre propre. Le seule defaut c pour une villa de 10 personne le frigo est trop petit. Mais dans l'ensemble tout etait super rien a dire le propriétaire et tres agréable et accueillants.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem originellen Haus mit Garten. Es ist am Ă€ußersten Zipfel einer Siedlung gelegen. Daher ist es auch absolut ruhig. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Von unserer Seite eine klare Empfehlung.

Superbe maison cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable avec nos amis. La maison est trÚs spacieuse et trÚs confortable. Nous étions 9. Le jardin et la piscine nous ont permis de farniente dans un cadre magique. La maison est la derniÚre de la rue donc nous avions directement accÚs à la nature. Soirée pétanque sur le chemin d'à cÎté. La région est superbe a visiter, des ballades splendides à faire. Very enjoyable stay

We are a German family of 6, with 4 kids between 6 and 13. We chose the house in the hopes that we could be for ourselves and „survive“ in and around the house as well as visit the closeby beach or stroll through the cities of Calonge, Girona or Barcelona, without too much of travel time. The house fully lived up to our expectations and more. Josep and his family were very friendly and provided everything we asked for. The house was freshly renovated (almost everything new: Matrasses, TV, wall paint
) with the last bits and pieces being finished on the day of our arrival. Everything was super, equipment around the house complete. The kids very much enjoyed the pool at the house as well as the turtle in a separate pond. There is also a sports location with a tennis court, Table Tennis facility and best of all a 20m swimming pool which guests of the house can also use together withe the other owners in that little village. That location is only 500m away and we had it mostly for ourselves. Beautiful beaches are only a 5-15 min drive depending which particular beach you prefer. A lot of possibilities to choose from. The garden was big enough and two trees conveniently positioned to hold a typical 10 EUR Decathlon Volleyball net. We also found a number of good jogging routes (some uphill running is required) All in all, we very much enjoyed our holidays in late August/beginning of September there and can warmly recommend a stay there. 2 beautiful weeks - quiet and large place - high service from the owner

We stayed to weeks with my partner at Josep's house. We enjoyed soooo much the place!! Large house, garden with a good size private pool without any vis a vis, the pine trees all around the property, the view on palamos and the sea from the front door terrasse and.....last but not least, the high service provided by Josep, always available to take good care of his guests. Perfecte verblijfplaats

We waren met 10 personen, het huis was zeker groot genoeg. 3 gezinnen en ook 3 badkamers. De huisbaas was zeer bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Het zwembad en alles was zeer goed onderhouden... we lagen op een aangename afstand van het centrum en van de winkels... we hadden een zeer veilig gevoel in deze urbanisatie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Talo on rauhallisella alueella, jossa on kÀytössÀ myös oman altaan lisÀksi iso uima-allas ja tenniskenttÀ. Auton saa helposti tien varteen talon eteen eli helppo kulkea. Pihassa on myös pieni lampi, jossa on 2 kilpikonnaa ja kala. NiitÀ sai syöttÀÀ ja muutenkin tekemistÀ löytyy lapsille ja aktiivisille nuorille. Talo on hieman kulunut, mutta se ei haitannut. Liinavaatteita ja pyyhkeitÀ oli riittÀvÀsti. Talosta löytyy joitain pesuaineita esim pyykin ja astioiden pesuun, joten kannattaa tarkistaa ennenkuin ostaa. Joitain ongelmia tulee aina, mutta omistaja Josep oli erittÀin ystÀvÀllinen ja auttoi nopeasti.
