Wir buchen seit Jahrzehnten Ferienhäuser, aber eine derartige Bruchbude war ein völliges Novum. Eingangstür morsch und nur mit viel Geduld zu öffnen. Wannendusche hätte vor mindestens 30 Jahren getauscht werden müssen da sie komplett vergammelt war. Im 2. Bad gab es kein Kaltwasser am Waschbecken. Eingang zur Dusche am Pool war nur ca. 175 cm hoch - das führte mehrmals zu Kopfschmerzen. Das einzige neuere Teil in der Küche war der Kühlschrank und der war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar da alle Türfächer (Flaschen, Kleinteile usw.) ausgebaut waren. Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren 10 cm kürzer als die Bettgestelle. Haus schwer zu finden da der Besitzer offensichtlich zu geizig war, die richtige Hausnummer anzubringen (statt 4c gab es nur eine 67). Es gab keinerlei Gästeinfo (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheken, Tankstellen einfach nichts). Verkehrslärm Nachts unerträglich wenn ein Fenster geöffnet wurde, das war aber notwendig da es in den Schlafräumen keine Klimaanlage gab. Dies war nur ein Auszug der Mängelliste. Alle Behauptungen können durch Fotos bewiesen werden. Nie wieder dieses Haus und nie wieder eine Buchung mit belvilla.

Alles was zoals beschreven en het huis was erg schoon bij aankomst. Het enige nadeel was de beperkte toegang voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit, maar het voldeed perfect aan onze behoeften. Een rustige vakantie met een prachtige omgeving.

Ik heb zo'n geweldige tijd gehad in dit vakantiehuis in Calpe! Het zwembad was een totale redder, vooral na een dag op het strand, De plek was super schoon en had alles wat we nodig hadden, zoals een volledige keuken om heerlijke diners te bereiden, Bovendien was de locatie vrij ontspannen, weg van al het toeristische lawaai, maar dicht genoeg bij het strand, We hebben zelfs enkele flamingo's gezien bij de zoutmeren in de buurt, Ik zou zeker terugkomen voor een andere zonnige ontsnapping!

We hadden een geweldige verblijf in dit vakantiehuis in Calpe! Het privézwembad was een fantastische functie, vooral voor de kinderen om in te spetteren terwijl wij op het terras ontspanden, Het huis zelf was zeer goed onderhouden, met een gezellige woonkamer die aanvoelde als thuis, De keuken was volledig uitgerust, wat het gemakkelijk maakte om maaltijden te bereiden met verse ingrediënten die we van de lokale visveiling in de haven hadden gehaald, De locatie was perfect om de prachtige stranden en het iconische Peñón de Ifach te verkennen, We hielden van de ontspannen sfeer in Calpe en zullen zeker terugkomen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Ist schön ruhig. Manchmal ist es schwierig, ein Taxi zu finden. Wir wurden vom Hausmeister empfangen, der uns die Schlüssel gab. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall etwas, zu dem man zurückkehren kann.
