"The outside of the building doesn’t represent how the place is on the inside. It’s a nice clean and well taken care of apartment that was comfy to stay in. "The apartment was very cute and stylish. A great repurpose of an industrial building. We enjoyed being in downtown Houghton and being able to walk to restaurants, stores and bars. Our car was able to be parked in a parking lot across the street from the apartment so it was easy to get out of town to explore the Keweenaw. "The property is very clean and well stocked with anything needed. The location was convenient for visiting my daughter at MTU and for accessing the beauty of Copper country. It was a short drive to Canyon Falls, MTU, and Hancock. We truly enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to add a curtain to the back door, and that is so minor. I most definitely recommend this property to folks visiting the area."

"This place was very nice, everything you might need. I think it had central A/C, but there was also a window unit in the bedroom. It is a little annoying to have to type in two codes to exit and enter and it is near 41 so there is road noise and walking to Calumet is a little far. So this isn't super rustic or anything, but you can walk across the street to a gas station market so that is convenient."
