「Great option close to south shore line East Chicago station. Staff were all great especially the breakfast attendants. They were very friendly and had a great selection of cold and hot food. Room was in good shape and clean other a than a few stains in the carpet. Bathroom was in good shape. You can tell this hotel is well managed and is a great economical option for visiting Chicago from the east. I would stay again. 」

「My experience was awesome. The decor in the room was mid-mod! So spacious and pretty. Loved the tech features! The security of the result was cutting edge. Scan your key and be directed to an elevator! Spent a few hours and dollars in the casino. Fun! Didn't try the restaurant but definitely on my next trip. We will stay here again.」

「The location is convenient to McCormick Place, the room bed is very comfortable, and the Starbucks and Chinese hot pot store is just on the first floor, it as at home.」

「We arrived at the hotel at around 4pm but we still need to wait for our room since it was not ready. As we would take the train to Cleveland next night, we chose this hotel as it was only 20-minute walk to the train station. We store the luggage at the reception after check-out. After counting the total no. of luggage and giving us a card, our luggage was placed in the lobby but not in a room. I stayed there to watch my luggage for a very long time before I was at ease.」

「This was a typical mid-range property. It was VERY clean, in fact I was greeted with the smell of bleach when I entered my room which not everyone might like but to me it's a very clean smell. The staff was excellent, friendly and engaging. There wasn't a single hiccup in my stay. 」
