    We are located on the North Shore of Long Island only 90 minutes from Manhattan and close to Jamesport, Southold, Greenport and Shelter Island.

    Enjoy walking from the bungalow to a private beach in Baiting Hollow, NY. This is a great community for families and friends. From wineries to water parks, farm stands to the aquarium, and outlet shopping for days. You will have plenty to do or just come to relax and enjoy all the Beach house has to offer.

    Updated kitchen equipped with: microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, stove, oven, fridge, utensils, dishes, glasses, wine glasses and more, living room with a smart TV, remote controlled ceiling fan and 4 split unit air-condition/heating units. New front deck, featuring a gas grill, a dining table set where you can enjoy dinner outdoors, and coffee in the morning.

A great landing pad in Baiting Hollow! We were in the area for a wedding and this was perfect for in between events. Space was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach because of bad weather but otherwise a wonderful spot!

We came in for the Ryder Cup and the house was everything we needed it to be for 4 guys staying a few nights. Nicely updated inside, plenty of linens, nice shower... We couldn't have asked for much more for the reasonable rate. Thank you for a pleasant first stay on Long Island!

Perfect cottage by the beach

Our group of 5 had a perfect weekend in Meredith’s home. It had everything you’d need to enjoy the area and is only a short walk to the beach. Meredith was always quick to respond and allowed us to have a relaxing trip without any hassle! We are very excited to hopefully visit again in the future!

Beach Cottage

Wonderful location walking distance to the beach and the cottage is surrounded by mature oak trees. Cottage neighborhood with narrow streets and people walking by always saying hello and welcome. The cottage is totally updated and pictures do a good job of seeing what you’re going to get. Very clean and well furnished. Wonderful outdoor space. Neighbors were very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to see. We chose this place as it was very close to wineries with outdoor concerts. We will definitely go back again and stay at the beech cottage
