Calenzana Dui - Appt avec piscine partagée
In Calvi, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 70 m² flat with mountain views and shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a garden of around 100 m².
The accommodation comprises :
- 40 m² living room with TV, two double sofa beds and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, iron.
Outside :
- A shared, unheated swimming pool (8x4), open from late April to late October (opening dates non-contractual). It is secured by a cover, an alarm and a fence with a lockable gate.
- A shared garden of 200 m², not enclosed, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
The Isle of Beauty abounds in both natural and cultural activities, and during your stay in Lumio you'll have the chance to take advantage of the town's sunny weather to visit its various beaches and enjoy some quiet time or try your hand at the many water sports: paddle, jetski, boat trips, etc. If you're keen to discover new things, take a drive through the surrounding area to discover its wonders : the ruins of Occi and the Agriates Desert are just waiting to be explored! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will appeal to you.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the accommodation.

- Nearest train station : Calvi, about 15 minutes by car
- Nearest airport : Calvi, about 10 minutes by car
