Incredible villa, located in El Toro, in a privileged area with spectacular views of the sea and the Malgratz Islands. Fully equipped and unique house with three bedrooms and four
 bathrooms, two kitchens equipped. Pool with spectacular views, area with sun beds, tables and chairs to enjoy special breakfasts and wonderful sunsets. Ideal house for friends and family with good location and total privacy.

- In this property we are obliged to charge a tax (ecotax) per stay € 2.20 / person / night. It is not applicable to children under the age of 16.
- Each person in the house must present their passport at check in.
- at your entrance you have to pay an extra cost of € 280 for the final cleaning
- the house has central heating, in the price we include a bottle of gas for heating, the rest of the bottles are charged to the customers (€ 65 / bottle)

Check In sehr problemlos . Ausstattung von innen etwas altmodisch und viele Sammlerstücke bzw. Dekoartikel.Dafür ist der Ausblick von Pool auf das Meer einfach ne 11 von 10. überragend .Spar Supermarkt ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß c.a entfernt. Hafen ebenfalls im Ort. Dort haben wir eine sehr coole Jetskitour gemacht .

Traumlage

Lage und Aussicht sind genauso schön, wie die Bilder der Anzeige vermuten lassen, Terrasse und Pool einfach fantastisch (gutes Wetter vorausgesetzt, sonst gibt es eine ziemlich frische Brise vom Meer). Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist Geschmackssache, manche finden es charmant, uns war es etwas zu vollgestopft, aber wir waren sowieso fast immer draußen. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr gemütlich. Einzig die mangelhafte Beleuchtung in den Bädern und vor allem im Küchenbereich hat uns gestört. Außerdem sollte in der Anzeige auf die Treppen im Objekt hingewiesen werden, für Gehbehinderte ist das völlig ungeeignet. Aber die Betreuung durch Timea war hervorragend, Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt, die Kommunikation klappte immer zeitnah und sehr freundlich.

Great stay

Great stay and views amazing form the house. Exactly as seen in the listing. Neighbourhood is also excellent and super connectivity. You have to get accustomed a little to the amount of personal belongings still in the property, it really is a lot. Overall though an excellent place to be.

Alles wunderbar auch die Betreuung vor Ort von Timea

Das Haus hat alles an Interieur was man in Alltag benötigt, es ist ein historisches Idyll mit fantastischer Lage. Viele Sammlerstücke des Eigentümers machen den Charme aus. Ein Stück spanischer Seele.

relaxing beautiful view, old world house filled to the brim with collectables

This is a a very quaint house with a magnificent sea view for adults only because of the number of collectables that are fascinating to see., paintings, books, pottery, glass, etc. I would also say that the pool area is not appropriate for small children as it is overlooking a cliff. Please note that the heating runs on gas bottles. we were there for a week in February and used the heating every day. we had to have another bottle installed which cost an extra 60 euros. The house is well positioned, just 10mns from the local supermarket in Santa Ponsa. walk up from the house to a wonderful cliff walk of El toro.
