「Amazing and beautiful place to stay with everything close by 10/10 recommend」

「When we showed up after having booked a room for the night through Expedia. The hotel and restaurant have good reviews. all I could find was an entrance into a dark shutdown restaurant, no one around, chairs stacked on tables. I walked upstairs and all around the building. I tried to call the number that was hand written on a piece of paper on the front door but the reception was so bad I couldn’t get the call to go through. 「The hotel was excellent- but honestly, even if it was terrible I’d give 5 stars just for the staff! They were incredibly kind, helpful, personable. So sweet to my kids, so knowledgeable about the area as well as surrounding areas. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!!」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」
