"We didn't use the pool areas. The hotel does a stay,park your car,and transport to and from the airport for 55$ up to 14 day that was a great bonus"

"I had been promised an 8AM check-in over the phone by someone who clearly felt that this was the next crews problem. Showed up after my flight before 6AM and the front desk crew were understandably annoyed with whomever made the promise. The Colts and the Hoosiers were playing at home that weekend. The only vacancies they had at the time were out of service rooms. My only option was to sit in the lobby until the 3pm check in. Staff offered me water and breakfast, which I declined and did my best to have a good attitude. I’d been awake 24 hours by the time of my arrival and I do not have great emotional regulation on inadequate sleep. At hour 28-29, I was surrounded by approximately 1,000 teenagers in town for a band competition who were very energetic and excited. I enjoyed their enthusiasm and a chaperone remarked that I was “unflappable”. I was strong and most importantly, I was not unkind. Then it happened. An adult with the teenagers rented rooms for their bus drivers who had previously been sleeping on the busses. She even had goody bags for them. Y’all, I lost it. It was so sweet and I was weak. I began to ugly cry as quietly as I could. Just then, I hear “Miss Belinda?”. The manager had rearranged reservations to get me into a room 4 hours early. She was obviously concerned for my wellbeing as I came to the desk. I reassured her that I just needed sleep. She encouraged me to get some rest and let her know if I needed absolutely anything. The best."
