Because the apartment has no air conditioning, it was necessary to keep windows open to allow for air circulation. "This was our second time to Belfast and the Ocean House. We stayed a few years ago on a couples trip and returned in 2023, this time with our kids (18yrs and 14yrs). Both trips were amazing! The Ocean House is a beautiful property with great gathering spaces and room for everyone to spread out. Seth & Greg are fantastic hosts. We can’t wait to return!"

"My husband and I stayed here in for several nights and really enjoyed our time. It's a very cute guest cottage close to the main downtown. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Nice amenities, such as a fan, record player, wine/bottle opener & glasses, kitchen supplies, plenty of blankets, and designated parking spot.
