From the moment we stepped in, the check-in process was a masterclass in hospitality; the staff did an excellent job of welcoming us, making us feel instantly valued and at ease. Their warmth and efficiency set a wonderfully inviting tone for our entire visit. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Being just a five-minute walk from the water taxi station made our arrival even better, we were thrilled to discover that there are many, many dining options right on its doorstep, ranging from charming local trattorias to upscale restaurants, ensuring we were never short of a fantastic meal. We booked a Grand Canal View room #303 and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. Waking up to the serene waters and the iconic Venetian architecture was a dream come true. The room itself was a haven of comfort and the bed was incredibly comfortable! What truly elevates H10 Palazzo is its exceptional service. Every single team member, from the helpful concierges to the attentive bar staff, went above.The rooftop bar, offered spectacular panoramic views, and was the perfect spot to unwind. In essence, H10 Palazzo isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination that perfectly combines an unbeatable location, luxurious comfort, and genuinely outstanding service. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our return."
