「How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn. 「The service is incredibly!!! Close to the downtown Capri !!! The pool is not as the photo shown as big , no need to have high expectation on their inhouse pool ~ Yet , the hotel is close to the amazing marina piccola beach !!! Top level in the world !!! Check it out !!!」

「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」
