The best part about this place was the aircon which was very cold and worked very well. The hotel has a weird policy where if you go out you have to leave the key at reception which we have never encountered anywhere in the world. There is no safe in the room so we were taking our valuables everywhere with us as it felt very strange that we didn’t have a key to the room with our belongings in it and no safe to put them in, only a cupboard. The fruit at breakfast was old and brown. The room felt sparse.

Uma noite e nada mais

Hotel super limpo, porem sem qualquer acústica entre o quarto e o corredor. Cama super dura e travesseiros péssimos, pedi outro travesseiro para ver se ajudava mas o hotel disse que não tinha pois estavam todos em uso. Hotel para uma noite e nada mais.

Hóspedes do barulho

Já havia me hospedado no local 02 vezes antes e sem problemas, no entanto, nesta última vez havia 02 hospedes que voltaram da "balada' numa quinta feira e ficaram falando alto, dizendo palavrões e dando gargalhadas 'no corredor dos quartos" até 01h30 da manha. Por volta das 12h30 liguei na recepção pedindo uma providencia mas não adiantou. Na manhã seguinte, na hora do checkout reclamei no balcão e me pediram desculpas e disseram que se tratavam de hospedes frequentes e que por esta razão "acham que estão em suas casas". Certamente o hotel não pode escolher os hospedes mas deveria ter uma conduta mais rígída em casos como estes, ainda mais se a situação já é recorrente.
