「Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set.
Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked.
Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it.
Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird....

「Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us.
