“Patrizio was an EXCEPTIOAL host. We called him Papa Arezzo because he was so kind, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. “Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set.
Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked.
Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it.
Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird.……

“I would never recommend this property, as it only had a nice room. Breakfast was so bad, I suspect the breastfeeding never gets used. No toaster, ni cereals, . No where to sit outside. You are not allowed to used the breakfast area at night. You cannot turn a light on in the breakfast are. The staff are very rude. They do not take suggestions to improve the property." You should of picked a better place we are only small!"”
