「La cortesia e la disponibilità sono sicuramente ad altissimi livelli. La struttura forse meriterebbe un ammodernamento in alcune cose ma sinceramente i sorrisi e la disponibilità dell’intero personale di questa struttura ti fa sentire in un cinque stelle. 「An absolutely gorgeous property that showcases its 700-year-old history in the most elegant way. I love it here so much that I extended my stay by three weeks. This hotel, restaurant and every single staff member is absolutely exceptional. And the rooms are elegant, spacious and very comfortable! I give this property 20 stars, if I could. 」

「Loved the staff and property. Everything I thought it would be. Hiccups with WiFI but I wasn't surprised considering the area. Had several of the terme treatments, well worth it and will do it again! Alessandra at receiption was amazing! The continental breakfast was very good, cured meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit, great bread and sweets! 」

「Lucia is such a caretaker, making breakfast and making sure we always had water and helping us with taxis when needed and overall just making our stay very easy and pleasant. Her palazzo is beautiful and made our stay feel very authentic.」

「Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. We found the housekeeper who was able to upload the passports and get us into our rooms. It was frustrating but worth it. 2. The hot water tank is small, only enough...
