「Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!」

「Room was very clean but seemed to be lacking updates. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and there was no grab bars for those that needed them in the tub. Staff friendly and breakfast was fairly good. Overall I would say 7 out of ten rating. Price for stay was not bad.」

「This is a perfect place for 2 people for a visit in Madison, IN. Contactless check-in/check-out was seamless, the room was spotless, parking was available right in front of the building and close to all Madison has to offer. It is similar to a small studio apartment, meaning it does not have a separate bedroom, but is divided by the faux fireplace. 「We travel with a pet, so you never know what to expect in a room, but our unit was clean with absolutely no odor from previous pets. There were a few repairs needed but minor things like patching ceiling post previous water damage. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer but would probably been given one had I bothered to ask. Beds were comfortable and price was very reasonable even with $25 pet fee. Would stay again.」
