"The staff were so nice, kind and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. The only problem was that AC was on and made the room cold, had to call to have maintenance to come and switch it to heat. Not being able to shut off the fan was a downfall, but other than that this is a great stay. Would stay there again, hopefully without so much construction around which hindered UBER being able to pick up."

The beds are cloud-like, and the tech—from the lighting controls to the high-speed Wi-Fi—is intuitive and modern. Location, Location, Location: You are right in the heart of the Financial District. Whether you’re walking to the waterfront, hopping on the SkyTrain, or heading to a meeting, everything is within a 5-minute radius. Dining: Hydra Estiatorio on the ground floor is a must-visit. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, go for the Mediterranean sea bass. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences in the city. Service: The staff here are the real MVPs. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was incredibly attentive and actually seemed happy to help, which can be rare in busy city hotels. Pro Tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors. The view of the surrounding architecture and the peek-a-boo glimpses of the mountains are worth it."

"Great location and friendly, attentive staff! The hotel is steps away from everything, especially the Canada Line, which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city. The staff at the door always greeted us warmly and opened the door whenever we arrived or left, which made the experience feel very welcoming and safe. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!"
