"Fabulous room, but we had to wait past check in time to get in, when we were paying thousands of dollars for 2 day stay. The man who checked us in offered, and we accepted, 2 complementary drinks each at the bar while we were waiting, but we could not used them because the first thing I wanted to use after we checked in, was the gym. We said we would wait close to the desk within eyesight and asked him to call us when, the room was ready, and he agreed. We waited and waited and I watched him. Finally, I got up and went to the desk to ask if the room was ready and they said they had texted us that it was ready. DOES NO ONE TALK TO ANYONE ANYMORE? They had not said they would text us. They had said, and confirmed, that they would call us. We were right there."

"Great location and friendly, attentive staff! The hotel is steps away from everything, especially the Canada Line, which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city. The staff at the door always greeted us warmly and opened the door whenever we arrived or left, which made the experience feel very welcoming and safe. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"The minute you walk into the Exchange Hotel, the staff are extremely attentive and professional. The checkin process was one of the best I have ever experienced! We stayed in the 11th floor in a corner suite and the room was stunning! The snack area was awesome and nice to be able to have some coffee, pastries and other snacks! Super impressed with our stay and highly recommend to other travellers!"

"The staff is always so lovely and helpful. Location is great with quick access to buses and trains. Building is going through some maintenance - one elevator was not working, entrance on Georgia Street was closed, making you access through the alleyway where valet drivers zip around."
