“Parking will hold 4 trucks with trailers and this includes on street parking and the gravel parking area. We had to park a car on the trailer so we had room for the side by sides to park in the gravel area. There is no privacy other than bathrooms. The house otherwise was clean and held 10 guests. There are alot of run down or abandoned properties right around the area. There was alot of late night traffic.”

“Ashley was a wonderful host. She responded to all questions promptly and had plenty of information on Hatfield McCoy trails near the house. She left a list of nearby restaurants and SXS repair shops. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay here again.”

“We came to West Virginia to ride the Hatfield and McCoy trails. We found this house as it is located very near the trails. The house was very clean. Has a nice big kitchen and living room area for sitting around and eating or socializing. Was big enough for 8 adults to stay in comfortably! Would definitely recommend staying here! The ownwrs were very easy to communicate with.”
