Canberra City Centre Family Hotel

"This is such a wonderful hotel! We cannot fault anything about our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms were absolutely faultless. Rooms were very spacious and had everything you needed. The location was excellent. The restaurant was excellent also. Everything about this hotel was excellent. We will be coming back to Canberra soon and will be staying here again. Cannot wait!!"

"Nice, clean and perfect location"

"Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"

"Overall a great property. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are wonderful. Only suggestions for improvement would be removal of rubbish during the room clean and perhaps better options for those seeking more than vegetarian food (as the onsite restaurant is vegetarian) Will certainly be back"

"Located in the heart of the city, everything was in walking distance with a large shopping centre nearby making it super easy for us to get around. Room size was generous for a family of 4 and whilst the facilities are a little run down, it was still clean and offered all of the amenities and needs that we required for our stay. "

"A very good size apartment for the price, interior a bit dated, but nice gym and pool. Location is unfortunately very noisy, Friday, Saturday, some primates keep screaming in the streets, fights, police etc. But therefore you have shopping, dining, breakfast, gelato and much more at your door step. A walk to the National Art gallery is just 50 minutes, through parks and waterfronts. And with Australia changing prime minister every few months, chances are, you are asked to be the next one. "

"When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty. "
