The property was dirty, the surfaces were covered in dust, the floor had not been cleaned in a while. We found a huge bag of dirty laundry, plus a dirty jumper in the closet. The spare bed linen was dirty. The duvets on the beds had old stains. All that was done before we checked in was make the two beds. The sofa was called a sofa bed despite the fact that it does not turn into a bed. Which is really misleading. The property managers did not bother to come and see the state of the property when we raised the issues. They kept communicating by email even using my work email even if I told them not to . The main problem with this property is the poor management . And of cause poor customer service. Cleaning the property and listening to the guests should be some of the key areas to focus on but these were really poor. However everything else about the physical property was good. In the end to make our stay more comfortable we started off by cleaning the floors and the surfaces we needed to access. Then we had to incur extra costs to buy bed linen and an airbed since the sofa was not a sofa bed as indicated in the advert.I would advise the property management company to review their role and provide a better service for the future guests.Thanks.
