"El personal del Hotel es excelente, muy profesionales y atentos, muy sincronizados, una limpieza extrema, pero a mi parecer no es un hotel de 5 estrellas pues su inmobiliaria está deteriorada. El baño de la habitación con losas rotas, la cama un lado cojo, el balcón los plásticos que tienen estaban descascarañados. El instructor de entrenamiento da lo mejor de sí para distraer al cliente, pero y después? No hay animación al resto de la tarde y la noche, no hay sala de juegos con mesas de billar, no programan fiestas ni ningún tipo de evento de distracción, es una pena porque tienen un personal valioso. Con relación al restaurante Italiano deben instruir mejor a los que cocinan en cuanto a la especialidad de las pastas, y al restaurant de las carnes que está al aire libre, nunca pude entrar y encontré excesivo los precios de las carnes que tienen para los clientes que querían reservar tenían que consumir lo que estaba en la tabla de oferta por ej: un tomajón 100usd, todo para poder hacer una reserva, así me lo explicó la joven de la entrada en dos ocasiones que fui. Si no hubiera sido por los empleados que se esmeran en atenciones, la estancia hubiera sido pésima."

"Views are amazing, but food was 2/10 in most places , I don’t know how they can ruin most basic meals and we are not picky. We even had the advantage level and access to two more restaurants and still, we maybe had one or 2 items we can eat. There is no steak house, the closest to beef we got was marinated stew. This place is expensive and we were going hungry for the first three days until we went to Mediterranean restaurant and they had some 6/10 dishes and my husband eats anything, and even he couldn’t finish half the things, because it’s just either to dry, no flavor or just not good. I don’t recommend it to any of my family or friends. This was a lot of money and I feel like it was a waste of money. Service was good 9/10 , hotel for some reason is rundown even though it’s new, if you look down to the pool , the floor of the pool is coming of in sections , not pretty at all."

"This was our first trip to Cancun. The Moon Palace was a very nice resort and had everything we needed. Great food, lots of pools, an arcade that our children were at every evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend"

"Since the first minute harassment didn’t stop regarding their membership they started after checking in claiming that they will help with luggage, even when I told them we are tired and kids are hungry they won’t leave us as lone, calling every morning and 2 different people still did the same after checking out they will not leave you alone even if you tell them directly and repeatedly to do so . Last one was rude Pools were not clean, my son got cut in his foot from dirty pool, it took them 50 minutes to get one to help clean his wound They offered free bowling game as a compensation if we sign a release !! Food was ok/ average at best no taste and change in the buffet The cleaning and restaurant staff were amazing , nice and hard working people . Spa treatment less than average This was our worst Cancún experience out of 6 visits in the last 7 years Lastly we received 2 phone calls at 4 am in the last night asking if we requested help with luggage ( they were calling the wrong room 103 instead of 203 ) The welcome gift was 10 dollars bottle of wine I’m sure the previous visitor left it behind same as we did to the next person Hotel credit was a joke most items not included and if you don’t mention to the shop they won’t give it We stayed in Moon the grand from June 4th till June the 9th"
