"I stayed in the Honeymoon suit for 5 days and my expectations were more than met. Housekeeping cleaned every day of my stay and delivered extra towels and bedding almost on demand. The staff did a great job along with the bartenders. They actually sell real alcohol here and it isn’t the watered down stuff you get at the lower end resorts. The view was amazing since I had the entire deck to view the resort and its entirety. It was worth it and I’ll definitely be looking for the Secrets brand when I’m traveling abroad. I would recommend this hotel 9 out of 10 times to anyone looking to stay at a nice resort. "

"Everything was perfect, the room, the pools, entertainment. The beach being right there, our room was front and center of the whole resort with an absolute stunning view. "This is the second time staying at this hotel and it has been great. Staff members from restaurants are great and attentive. We have an issue with the room leaking water from ceiling fire sprinkler that was fixed the same day. Also we wanted to do a late check out to enjoy a little longer this hotel but they said they were booked and it was not possible and that was a real disappointment for my little ones. Other than that it was a really pleasant time staying here."

"The property was nice, beach was a toiket as they were slow to clean the sargassam. The staff and hotel policy was a nightmare. Fyi If you have a Late flight, YOU CANNOT USE THE PROPERTY FOR FREE (t³n dollars PER HOUR PER GUEST). lots of lies, lots of fake smiles"
